For over 50 years, the company has designed, manufactured, installed and maintained safety monitoring systems and gas detectors for some of the world’s biggest names and most hazardous environments

The company specialises in bespoke environmental monitoring systems, which include gas monitoring and air and gas flow sensors. Meanwhile our machine condition monitoring systems use a range of temperature, pressure and vibration sensors to warn of faulty or deteriorating machinery conditions. Put simply, our safety monitoring products protect lives, valuable machinery, your business and your reputation.

Environmental and machine conditioning monitoring systems are tailored to your needs, and can be adapted at a later date thanks to their innovative modular design. The interchangeable sensors all interact and are programmed from a simple central interface, to provide a comprehensive and intelligent overview of your environment.


The Role

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will:

  • Ensure the company become the recognised leader in the region.
  • Establish and maintain a strong presence and brand recognition in China.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of technical service & support.
  • Train distributors on both the products and applications.

At a later stage plan and implement a China Product Support Centre.


This role is ideally suited to an organised, pro-active and self-motivated individual with the business management capabilities to run a £5-10M business.

  • Mandarin speaker with strong English language skills.
  • Knowledgable on the area, culture and country.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Engineering qualification & background.
  • Knowledge & experience of the industries in China.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of hiring and managing a team of staff.
