The Company is one of the UK’s largest privately owned instrumentation manufacturers with over 85% sales produced from modern UK facilities.
They have a comprehensive range of Temperature, Pressure, Flow and Level measurement products widely proven in diverse and challenging applications. Their customer base includes many blue chip companies.
They also provide bespoke instrumentation solutions to meet the exacting requirements of the customer and their in-house manufacturing and testing is backed up by their own UKAS accredited laboratory.
Sales Administration Manager is required to manage and mentor the internal teams across 3 UK locations.
You will be a key member of the commercial team with responsibility for co-ordinating contractual negotiations and ensuring excellent relationships with key customers.
You will liase with all internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met at every stage and ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of sales KPI’s.
Proven management experience in a busy sales and customer service environment, be target driven, ambitious and looking for a long term career opportunity within an industry leading organisation.
Experience of technical sales, ideally within instrumentation.
Good level of IT knowledge including CRM systems.
Strong organisational ability and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the team.
An energetic, motivated approach and be a team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
