Communicate and facilitate the implementation of the Flow strategy in accordance to our business plan and in conjunction with our Centre of Excellence.

Be responsible for the communication between our Feeder Factories, and our UK operation.

Provide technical capability and guidance to our direct sales operations by means of advice, support and presentations.

Prepare calculations and quotations where necessary and give technical clarifications (interpret flow calculations), where required.

Distribute product and market information as and when necessary.

Develop and support local customer base/sales network.

Be pro-active in business development opportunities and local competition SWOT analysis.

Provide query resolution in a timely, professional manner.

Provide direction on target accounts based on divisional segmentation strategies.

Maintain and communicate knowledge of competitors, their strategies and products.

Spend at least 2 days a week proactively working on the development with our targeted accounts and account managers .

Provide pricing guidance for major projects, agreement development and renewal and competitive penetration opportunities.

Active contribution to the continuous improvement and new product development process.

Provide product training as and when required.

Work on other projects and assignments when required.
