The Role

Responsibility for the tendering of multiple product quotations in line with UK tendering rules and UK compliancy regulations, and also responsible for project execution in line with initial margin projection.


  • Timely execution of approved RFQs.
  • Preparation of multiple product quotations inline with UK quotation Rules.
  • Specification and sizing of Instrument model number for inclusion into bids.
  • Travel where needed to appropriate project meeting at either end user or EPC..
  • Liaise with manufacturing to obtain best price and best availability for products required both standard and special.
  • Preparation of costing sheets ready for risk review process.
  • Be responsible for order handover to admin team ensuring this is successful and timely to meet monthly orders budget and project deadlines.
  • Project co-ordinate for won projects to execute in a timely manner.
  • Production of monthly quotation statistics, project bid within the month and execution progress of projects in hand.
  • Use Pro sales to formalise product offering mix and update with key project pursuits information as soon as it arises to help improve and ensure bid successes.
  • Actively manage the office procedures in line with BSI requirements.

A chemical or mechanical engineering degree.

A general knowledge of Instrumentation.

Sales Experience.

Good communication skills.
